This quiet little beach is a good alternative to frequently crowded Repulse Bay. The beach lies a few kilometers east of Aberdeen along a scenic coastal road shaded by lots of pretty trees. A few open-air cafés line the beach and offering relaxing drinks and snacks. There is also a barbecue pit at the eastern end of the beach, which is very popular amongst Hong Kongers. Further along, beyond the end of the beach, a scenic coastal pathway connects Deep Water Bay to Repulse Bay.
