Cafe Koraku
This is the worst service I've ever had from a Japanese restaurant. I ordered shrimp tempura in a bowl, and my relative ordered shrimp tempura as an entree'. It took them almost 30-45 min. from the time we ordered to being served. I know it doesn't take all but 5 min. to fry up this order. People came in after us, and got their order before us, which I might add was something even more simplier than what we had. To add insult to injury the waitress we had said they had a special cook in from Japan. If that's the case, that's quite an insult to Japanese cooking. I will never go there ever again, nor will I reccommend it too.
