Until 2004 this Hotel was a luxury excellent Hotel. Today this Hotel has lost his charme, staff is incompetent.... it isnt longer worth to name this Hotel a 5 star Deluxe Hotel. The executive "beach" is today a bad joke, rotten plastic sunbeds with a noisy view to a generator beside the bridge of the Burj Al Arab, unfriedly lazy beach staff and so on."They" have brought it down... this once wonderfull place.

ive stayed at the JBH 6 times now and NEVER been dissapointed, staff are ALWAYS courtious, efficent, and greet you with a smile, from the toilet attendants through to the management, Top hotel, top restauants, top service, top views, if you are considering a luxury break then look no further!!!!!!!

I stayed at Jumeirah Beach Hotel as a recently and I have to say that it is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. We had a huge, superb room overlooking the Burj and the staff were just fantastic.

the hotel was great and beautiful but it was just to many people there. oh, and I could hardly go anywhere without having to say excuse me, i mean that made me a little angry. but i love where the hotel is at right down the road from the completly awesome hotel the butj al arab. so the view was great beach was like being in a perfect dream. but overall i loved it so i will visit again and hopefully when there is not as many people as last time.

Jumeirah was situated in an excellent place, but the tsunami of people is its major drawback. Such an awful service. MONEY WAS WASTED. But for nightlife, spa it was good.

location is wonderful and hotel is beautiful,it is our 2nd visit but was greatly disappointed, hotel booked to the max it lost all its personal touches that had drawn us back, it catered for the mass and not the personal touch we had previosly experienced.it was very noisey the week after ramadam and as a family it was unsuitable we left feeling tired,disappointed,unheard and not worth the money it had cost us. after several complaints our disappointment has still not been acknowledged.regret going back this time!

The Jumeirah Beach hotel is very good, nice place. we stayed there for one week nice sea view... overall the hotel is very good but.....one thing is really very very bad that disappoints me totally.. that is their very bad customer service, the staff was seems to be uneducated,their way of talking was rough, mostly can't understand english, staff was very proud i dont know why??? they should have to improve their customer services !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never go their again... NEVEREVER.....

What a wonderful place for vacationing! I would absoltely tell everybody to visit Dubai and stay at Jumeirah Beach Hotel. There can ot be a better value for my money that I can thik of. TRhe service, the class, the location, everything is just great

This is a fantastic hotel, exellent service. The best location in Dubai! Free access to the waterpark " the wild Wadi" Our kids loved it.
