Started in 1963 by Kali Pundole, its first show featured artists like Ara, Badrinarayan, and Pochkanwala. The gallery is devoted to modern Indian art, and over the years has exhibited the works of Husain, Akbar Padamsee, Laxman Shreshtha, Badrinarayan and Ram Kumar. Pundole features only gallery-organized shows and is not rented out.
