We found Chateau Windsor a very accomadting place to stay in our first two days on arriving in Mumbai. The hotel staff were really helpful and polite and went out of their way ti provide us with a good service for the price we paid.

Excellent hotel, great value for money, friendly staff, cheap wireless internet, great location walking distance to Churchgate station and Arabian sea, right next to Ambassador hotel, 8 minute walking distance to Hilton.

Very filthy place. Not good for anybody, poor room service breakfast is the worst
