I came from Goa, for a nice relaxing time in Mumbai despite the fact that I had to meet relatives, go shopping & do other busy things. Inspite of all this, I had a wonderful holiday due to this wonderful hotel. The homely staff took care of everything & I was completely at peace. Go there to rest your head! Complete Nirvana, I promise!

I was looking for a hotel near the airport for a quick day (2 nights) in Mumbai. This hotel was good for this. All sights are in downtown area, so stay downtown if you are spending more than a day in Mumbai. Hotel was good, room was nice but not a value considering the location. Buffet food was good but not great. They offer free shuttle to airport but they put me in a better car and the driver expected a large tip.

I liked the homely atmosphere & specially the great deal I got. Value for money, specially the excellent service and helpful staff.

FRIST TIME I WENT TO THIS HOTEL. THE WAY THEY WELCOME THE GUEST & MAKE THEM FEEL SPECIAL WAS WONDERFUL. THE SERVICES THEY PROVIDE TO THEIR GUEST ARE REALLY SATISFACTORY. THE QUALITY OF FOOD ARE GOOD AND THE DECOR IS ALSO ATTRACTIVE. BUT THERE IS SOME NEED TO IMPROVE THE HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT, THEY SHOULD CONCENTRATE IN THE CLEANINESS OFTHE ROOM. VALUE I GET WAS GOOD. I CAN SAY THAT THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS WONDERFULL. PEOPLE MUST GO THERE IF THEY WANT THE BEST SERVICES.

There should be proper and well educated staff for the business center as most of the time internet is never working.
