I loved it! everyone was so nice to each other. You saw families and my favorite was lil children soakin up their culture. Its wonderful to be apart of something so great. ITs a boost of confidence for all shapes and sizes. Nobody hates on each other we just enjoy each others company. The costumes were amazing

I've been going to the Caribbean Carnival in Washington, D.C. for the past four years and it's always a great time for us. Though the heat can be intense sometimes and it does tend to get overcrowded, overall it's a wonderful event and a chance to experience cultures different from our own. The vibrant costumes, the bass-rich music pulsating the humid air, the unique foods from that part of the world, all combine to give you an unique experience.
