Back to Frizz Restaurant Excellent Value & Superb Food Staff were extremely pleasant and eager to please. Food was of a high standard whether Cambodian or Western. Enjoyed the meal so much on an evening we visited for lunch. Different staff but exactly the same standard of food and service. Highly recommended

Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Jan 25 2006 We went back time and again This really is a restaurant to discover. Easily overlooked as there are so many of these shophouse restaurants on Phnom Penh's riverfront. Although a simple setting this one is definitely worth looking for. After our first experience we went back to frizz restaurant time and again. Both Cambodian and foreign dishes are very well prepared and the staff is friendly and helpful. The curries, the charcoal grill, the amok (!!!) were a treat as were the burritos and an extremely good Steak & Guinness Pie. And the prices are very reasonable as well.
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Aug 17 2005 Pity we don't have a restaurant like that at home The best food we had during our stay in Cambodia. The Khmer fare is well prepared: delicious and tasty. The fish amok is especially recommended. The recipe for amok is on their website and we tried it at home, but supposedly their cooks add a secret touch cause we couldn't get it quite the same. And if you get tired of eating rice every day: the 'Steak & Guinness Pie' is exactly as it's supposed to be (accompanied by home made mash potatoes!). Did we already mention the friendly, helpful staff?
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Jan 01 2005 The Best Food frizz cafe restaurant on the riverside in Phnom Penh is truly an interesting place and highly recommended to try Cambodian Food. Their motto is 'Taste Cambodia' and well, the taste is delicious, the staff is friendly and helpful. There is a lot to choose from, even for vegetarians, which is usually a forgotten group in Cambodian restaurants. Not so at frizz. We came back regularly and were pleasantly surprised every single time. By the way, their burritos (steak and veggie!) are a treat as well!
