Since 1994 this restaurant with its Caribbean-influenced menu has been offering San Jose tongues a respite from the dining ordinary. Hispanic Magazine even went so far to crown it as one the 'Top 50 Spanish Restaurants in the Country.' The Bistec De Lomo (steak marinated in garlic) and the Peixada a Caicara (sautéed sea bass medallions and prawns) are two of the kitchen's more notable offerings. Be aware that most of the dishes do lean on the spicy side.
