The menu is spiced with Shanghai styled cuisine (Hence, the restaurant's name), which is heavier and sweeter than other Chinese dishes. Hairy Crab, Eight Treasure Duck, Drunken Chicken, braised eel and yellow fish are some of the belly treats that line its ever changing menu.
