In this museum one can find treasure trove of relics and such is a true surprise in terms of scope. Considered as one of northeast China's largest museums it harbors more than 3,000 items of historical awe. The main attraction, is the skeletons of two mammoth dinosaurs, which spread out across the first floor. Visitors can also gape at classic Chinese paintings, pottery, porcelain, copper-ware and even embroidery, many of which date back to ancient times. Small, polished bones etched with inscriptions are its most prized items and are considered as some of China's earliest forms of writing.
