Located at the Hyatt Regency, this is no ordinary hotel restaurant but rather an active tribute to Japanese cookery. Sushi is made fresh, even for the lunch buffet, which has an extraordinary variety of sushi rolls and sashimi, plus yakisoba, tempura, grilled fish, curries and other hot foods. Selections vary daily. The salad bar, too, has only freshly cut ingredients. The dining room has views of the distant sea and quaint gardens with streams and paths.
