This annual April 10-kilometre race is the second largest in North America. Ten live bands encourage runners, and there are water stations and rest stops throughout the route. The race winds by sandy beaches, the towering trees of Stanley Park and the glassy skyscrapers of downtown. A large party at BC Place Stadium is held at the end of the race. Reservations and prepayment of CAD19.75 per person is required. Fees vary by registration date ranging from CAD27-37. See the website for further information.
