Three floors in this, the most popular of the Flats bars, but not one of them is a basement. This Manhattan-style dance club has wall-to-wall people and brings to mind the phrase "fire code violations." Do not expect to carry on many meaningful conversations, since the music is the loudest of any dance club in Cleveland. The Basement is more popular with a younger crowd. You have to be 21 to get in free, but much older and you might be considered over the hill.
