Best Dining Experience Ever
The people who left the review below don't know what they are talking about. We've been travelling to St. Thomas for 10 years and until Havana Blue opened 4 years ago, the fine dining was average at best. This place is 5 star from the cuisine to the drinks to the service to the ambience. Very cool, South Beach vibe, ocean front, and flavors that just amaze us every time we dine there. We only eat at the best restaurants and Havana Blue would rank among the best.

Havana Blue me off
Havana Blue could have good food. I don’t know. What I do know is they took my reservation, and then blew me off. T reserved dinner for me, my new bride and our wedding party following our beachfront wedding. When the opportunity came to sell out the entire restaurant for another event they threw me in the weeds and didn’t even bother to call. When I showed up with my guests they offered a cab ride on them to another restaurant (of their choosing) or to call the police if I didn’t leave. So, I can’t rate the food, but I can rate the service—it sucks. And with no service there is no food. And, they know you’re just there for the week so they don’t care. I can rate the bar. We were there the night before our lost reservation. I know for a fact they can’t make a martini and the $40 cigar in their humidor sold for $8 on St. John. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else. We found many fine restaurants on St Thomas, but Havana Blue was not one of them.

Bad, bad service, warm martinis and overpriced cigars
