It's tiny, cramped, crowded, noisey and it's incredible. The Chinese Noodle Restaurant in Sydney's China town is THE place to find. Tucked beneath a business arcade at 8 Quay St Haymarket, The Chinese Noodle Restaurant make the best fresh noodles, dumplings, spring pancakes and pork buns in Chinatown. This place is always packed, but don't be put off if there is a line to get in, your guaranteed to get a table within 5 to 10 minutes. Try the eggplant in spicy sauce, you will not regret it. Tip: to make sure your in the right place, look up at the ceiling and confirm that it is covered in fake grape vines!
