The HRC Osaka is no different from any of the dozens of others all over the world. The gaudy, lavish decorations are comprised of music memorabilia, rock & roll music plays loud, and the menu features some hearty meals. This is perhaps the best place you can go in Japan for hamburgers and other meat dishes, though the other entries are equally as good. Prices are typically between JPY1,000 and JPY2,000. Drinks, such as beer and cocktails start at a pretty reasonable price. Also note that the HRC tends to be a favorite stopping off place for local celebrities.
