I was hesitant at first because of the nasty reviews. But I have no idea where they went as this was definitely nothing like there reviews. My stay was great staff was fantastic and the splash pool area was great for children and adults alike. They have 4 towers plau embassy suites. when making reservations be very specific on what tower. the 2 best our brighton and margate. As for the condo's windermere by vthe sea and gloucester court are closest to the beach. will definitley be back.

It's a lot of fun and the staff go out of there way to help you feel like home. The grounds are great and the pools and lazy river with a water park are great.
