The spacious interior of Shirayuki Brewery Village Grand Place has attempted to recreate an evening scene in the Grand Place of Brussels, giving it a romantic, if slightly surreal, atmosphere. A large variety of fare, mostly a blend of Japanese and French cuisine, is available, one being the Belgian favorite, mussels and fries. These are prepared in one of the establishment’s two kitchens, which is actually a franchise of the Belgian restaurant Chez Léon. The other feature here is the gold, brown, and white varieties of the jibiiru beer, which is brewed on the premises.
