The winding sculpted paths of Roger Williams Park lead you on a safari experience where you can view over 900 zoo animals. Giraffes, zebra, cheetah, endangered lemurs, and an open-air aviary are just a few of the 156 different species. History buffs enjoy the Museum of Natural History, and the Betsy Williams Cottage with an authentic colonial American Flag, stitched, legend says, by Betsy. Carousel Village offers a Carousel, and pony rides. Rolling lawns make a lovely backdrop to paddle boats as they float among swans on a lily-pad pond. $12 general admission with discounts for children and seniors.
