Went there while I was In Nagoya for three weeks recently. Much better value than the other expat hangouts and you are guaranteed to be able to meet someone who speeks English. The food was great

Easily the worst bar I've gone to in Nagoya. Full of desperate white guys who are under the impression that they don't suck. Terrible atmosphere and people.

Sorry, someone may have had a great time here, but the old adage that you make the party only goes far. I'm not going to party anywhere. I'm sure it's a great little place if you're into avoiding the local culture and really have to spend time with foreigners. That has its place, but personally I'd rather not hang out with dope sellers trying to pick up girls with alphabet soup. Misfits and the Plastic Factory have always been good for those gaijin fixes that people sometimes think they need, and the music's better too. These guys are probably raking in on the dumb Western English teacher crowd, so spend your money somewhere else where you might actually gain an appreciation of Nagoya and Japan in general.

I was very dissapointed by anothers review. U make the party, the party doesn't make u. You're obviously a bore yourself if u didnt like Shooters. I loved it, it was a fun atmosphere and the staff made my friends and I feel right at home. I spent 6 months all over japan, and I constantly bring up how much fun I had at Shooters to everyone back home. The food was great, the drinks were better, and the staff was the best! Kisses to them all!

I dislike this place. Nagoya is a vibrant city and I'm surprised that anyone would pick this place out.
