This restaurant, in operation since 1944, is located just off the Plaza in a 300-year-old adobe house. It is a favorite of locals and tourists alike. The lunch menu offers lighter fare with soups, salads, sandwiches and a few specialties. The French Onion soup is an all-time favorite. The dinner menu is much more extravagant offering appetizers like escargot and artichoke hearts. Entrees include steaks, pasta and seafood. Try the Porc Napoleone or Poulet Marengo Pink Adobe. Save room for the apple pie. It is the best in town.
