good luck
Security will treat you like a criminal, then lie about it so you won't sue them. Nasty management. Incredibly untrained staff - especially security, which is made up of oored guys who apparently are itching for some kind of police action-adventure and when there is none, they create it.

Nice Hilton, Conveniently Located
The regular rooms are average for Hilton but the location to the plaza is great. Try to get a casita instead of a room if possible.

Great location but pretty shabby
We booked a four night "Hilton Romance" package that boasted oversize room, in-room bottle of wine, complimentary full breakfast and 2-for-1 dinner coupons. Boy were we disappointed.

Great for us...
The hotel has an excellent location and the service from all of the staff was excellent (friendly & thougtful). Our room was very comfortable and well-kept -- the beds and linens were very comfortable. When we left each day (usually not until 11 AM at the earliest) they must have been waiting to clean our room, because it was always cleaned prior to our return. The honor system snack area was a great idea -- very convenient and not toooo over-priced considering the hotel.

Will stay at another Hilton
The personnel were friendly from the minute we arrived. We arrived early and they accomodated us. We even had to change rooms because of poor TV reception and had a better view overlooking Santa Fe. The concierge,Gloria could not be more helpful especially to my children. Everyone was wonderful. "The excercise room was very nice and there were many working machines. I liked the story telling on the walls, in The Pinon Grill." Per my daughter.

Will not go back!!
Paid $199 for a room with two double beds. Rooms were very small. Only options were Single King or two doubles. Arrived at 4:30 pm on a Friday and room was not ready - had to wait 30 mins. Pool was dirty and the hot tub did not work. Charged guest $15 per night for parking.
