This restaurant is so Mediterranean that upon finishing you will have a sudden urge to dive for sponge. Located on a high perch in the Snowmass Village, it offers sweeping views of the valley and surrounding mountains. The atmosphere exudes an upscale look, but in an "Aspen-casual" manner. Olive Crusted Tuna Steak and Lobster Bouillabaisse are the gems of the menu which also includes chicken, lamb and steak. The wine list is outstanding. Desserts resemble works of art. A kid's menu is available.
