What a treat
After a fairly bleak day at the train station with mix up on tickets we decided to bag the trian adventure and fly to Chiang Mai the next day. Ended up at the JW and treated ourslves to as good of a steak dinner that you could find anywhere. We figured with all of the money we had saved eatting Thai food for a week that this was in our budget and were glad we did!

Best of Bangkok
An especially nice oasis for the American in Thailand, this place serves the best steaks I have ever had outside of the States. The service is supreme and cannot be beat anywhere in the world. You cannot go wrong here.

Stunningly good food
Be sure to ask Maitre D' Artur his wine recommendations, he's a gem, knowledgeable and friendly with it. He has trained the staff well, they are all friendly, outgoing and helpful.
