I WOULD LIKE TO TELL YOU ABOUT MY FEELING WHEN COMING TO Shangri-La Hotel Singapore. IT'' S WONDRFUL HOTEL WITH ENOUGH FACILITIES AND GOOD SERVICES. PEOPLE HERE ALSO VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. I WISH I HAVE CHANCE TO COME BACK THIS HOTEL.

Loved everything there. We will come back again with children so they can enjoy the swimming pool. Friendly place, room a little small but very cozy. Staff took great care when my husband was sick.

The impecable service and the breathtaking views from the Valley Wing deluxe suites was complimented by the exquisite interior decor.

It was not as good as i thought it was. It was also quite expensive. The internet connection was slower than my house one. Overall, It wasn't really very enjoyable.

Shangri La Singapore take the more resort approach to the hotel. With a 4 hole golf course, a great room, great dining, friendly staff who are always willing to help and value for money. I would reccomend this place who loves a great hotel.

The whole experience was briliant, all the hotel services you'd expect were far above average. I vistited this fine Resort about seven years ago with my family and at the time we called Shangri La our home. We lived there for about three weeks before moving into our apartment a few blocks away from Orchard Rd. My experience was more than homely, I felt like Bill Gates !

all the staff here very friendly and flexible,they treat us as a family..and the hotel was so beautifull,i hope i can go back again.its like paradise in the middle of the dessert.i really love it
