This restaurant is named after the famous chef Lina Aguado, once the personal chef of dictator Rafael Trujillo. After her service to the president ended, she opened a small restaurant, which quickly became the talk of the town. And not much time passed before Lina and her restaurant became legendary. Today, the restaurant and the hotel in which it is located are run by new owners, but the recipes remain the same. The house specialties include Cazuela de Mariscos and Paella Valenciana. Book early as seats tend to be reserved well in advance.
