the front desk and the restaurant personnel..need lessons...how to smile and and greet customers....the maids greeted us with the best part of the day...the hotel room 3rd floor ...great view....empty in may..beautful island...must rent a car...nothing to do at this resort but relax....have been to quite a few islands this one was very unfriendly...the beach at this hotel not very inviting...buck island beach beautiful....was not worth the money i spent

Do not go to this resort. It was the dirtiest I have ever been to in 20 years. We actually left and went to a different resort. The water, the bathrooms,everything was below par. I feel like I have been ripped off.

this resort was exactly what we were looking for . Everyone complains because it is far from shopping and downtown- this is a good thing. rent a vehicle do your own exploring!

First let me say that I am from St croix it is my home and I stay at Divi when I need to get away but I cant leave because i am on call but not on duty or working. Divi's location is divine the view is like what you expect from a carribean Vista. Hit or miss refers to the Service at times it is the best your every whim and desire catered to others well it has left me wanting the spa is small but that brings a personal touch that I find endearing. The Starlight grill is 4 stars. The Casino rather small in comparison to others but the entertainment is usally pretty good. for you tourist its an excellent mix of local and mainland that will draw you in. Try it no matter what you wont regret it at $130 a night its a steal.

This was the first trip to St.Croix.. Good idea to rent a vehicle if you want to see the island. Good thing about this resort is that you really do get an ocean front,this was the best % also floors are tiled excellent idea. No utensils, cleaning service can do better job cleaning the rooms, food not so good and the waitresses not so friendly. Drinks are expensive. The Deli accross from the Dugans restaurant is the best also, food at the Crambola Resort. Do bring "off". The moment we walked in the place we were attacked by the mosquitos. Couldn't play tennis because the mosquitos will beat you to the courts. Dive shop offers free scuba lessons at the resort. Overall a nice place to spend few days.

My husband and I were at the Divi 4-22-06 until 4-28-06. The staff were so great, the most friendly and helpful people I have ever met. We were fortunate to meet Millie the accounts manager and she was the most gracious person. The whole time we were there was great. The food was wonderful. The service was great. If heaven is any thing like St. Croix and the Divi I can only hope that I have a reservation in heaven. I can't wait to go back and stay for at least a month. Our room was so comfortable, very clean and the view was breath taking. There were 2 staff member, Stephen and Edmund, that treated us like we were family. I can't say enough about the Divi. If you ever get the chance to go take it!! There isn't any part of our vacation we didn't like. Like I said a piece of HEAVEN!!!!

I loved everything about this Hotel. I stayed in the new rooms and they were very spacious and beautiful. The staff was awesome and also helped me with a flat tire. My only complian is that the bars should be open later than 9pm.

The hotel isn't new but our room was clean and attractive. The house keepers cleaned each day and the room smell and looked great when we returned. The staff was great, they were very cordial and went out of their way to help the guests. The food at the resort was good, compared to the standards we are used to in the states the service was slow, but this was standard all over the island. The resort is out on the southeast end of the island, but it is only at 15-20 minute drive into town. Definitely get a rental car.We will be back next year!
