Had same exprience with the "pirana" taxi drivers, breakfest is ok and rooms are just avarge. I should have stayed somewhere else, for same price.

The room i was in was recently renovated, so i think the Hotel is on its way. Good rate, well trained staff, good service in all. Free wireles internet, breakfast is excellent. Will be back here on my next visit.

The hotel lacks customer value. After paying about a $100 per night, i derserve a $100 in return. You can get a far much better hotel for that price.

it is a bit over priced for what they give you, you can find better with that money i payed $US 80/night double is 120$...i suggest finding another place for that money, the breakfast included in the price is ok.the rooms are ok average...beds are hard which i like...service is great only to those who speak spanish btu friendly...i spent a week there and was ok..BUT BEWARE !!! of the hungry piranas (taxi drivers) the lurk around inside and outside the hotel....they cost toomuch and ask the waiter named franklin to tell you the taxi a friend of him..that guy will not rip you off like the piranas outside!!! average cost of taxi anywhere does not cost more than 170 pesos (US$6 dolars) the piranas will take as many as 30 dollars or more...
