A wonderful time spent!
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were all friendly and easy to talk to. I can't wait to spend some time at the hotel again.

Great Hotel
My family and I stayed here from 19-22 June 09 and again from the 25- 27 June 09. We had a great time at the hotel. The hotel is very nice with a great view of Trinidad. The staff, especially Ayanna were very helpfull on many ocassions. The breakfast and dinner was great. The room we had was a very nice room. The only thing I idid not like was the price to get our clothes washed. Our clothes were well washed and I think they even went as far as to iron them, but the cost was high.

Worst Hilton ever
The customer service was far below standard, the room was filthy and smelly. What I don;t impress the most is my room suppose to include breakfast but everymorning when I come down for breakfast, I had to pay and claim it back from the counter. Why can't they just add the information onto the system as they told me when I complain the first time? Nothing get done unless you have to keep going back to haunt them !

Best time of my life
The location is so great especially at night time my boyfriend needed a vacation away from family and friends and just enjoy ourselves to the fullest. he came up with the idea that we should go to the Hilton hotel at first i taught hey this will be very expensive but the first night that we spent i taught i'm getting me money's worth.

It's fantastic - you will not be disappointed!
I first visited the Trinidad Hilton - the 'upside down' Hilton - 30 years ago; and it was wonderful! So, when I knew I was going to be visiting with my husband, I was disappointed to read the bad reviews. They were all wrong!

Best Hotel in the World
When driving to the Upside Down Hilton, you pass the ancient countryside of Trinidad. When approaching the hotel, your mouth drops. What a beautiful building structured in the side of a mountain cliff.

Most likely never again...
The Hotel hasn't been maintained. Rooms look old, floors are dirty, everything a bit run down. Restaurants onsite are very good. The hotel is a bit isolated with nothing within walking distance nearby.
