Reviewed by: Rachel from on Aug 14 2007 The wonderful month of July at the Kapok The room was quite large and very clean, room service was fast and polite, the staff in the top floor "Tiki" restaurant were very helpful but the best is the staff in the first floor "Bois Cano" bar and restaurant who help make the loneliest guest feel part of the group, thank you to all of them.
Reviewed by: STEPHEN from on Jul 28 2007 Was not the most pleasant experience This was the only hotel available for the date. That was about the only thing that I liked. The lobby was pretty (colorful), the employees were not very friendly. The hotel looked like they were doing repairs and arrangements. It seemed unclean and overall the price was a bit high for the rooms appearance.

Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on May 07 2007 Nice hotel The rooms are small but have more amenities than most other hotels, kitchenets, etc. Many rooms are newly remodeled. Very nice restaurant on the top floor.
Reviewed by: Jay B from on Aug 01 2006 Your Staff is the best Just wanted to comment on the staff of your hotel. Stayed there for a week and from the Chef Kent who took special care in our food to Bernadine (not sure of the spelling of her name) She was the lady on the 5th floor on Tuesday (Feb 7th) To Eric the man at the front door ...You were just great. Thank you.
