That's a great place in Phnom Penh
There are dinning room and private room plus garden sitting. Roof top is suitable for group party. Never seen place like this in Cambodian. Amazing Topaz.

The real treat in Phnom Penh
I Like everything about this place they are really imporving food and dining experience in Phnom Penh. Bravo to them! I know the owners also owns a Khmer restaurant Malis. That is also a great place to go to.

Top class.
It's now many years i visit Phnom Penh,the first time in 1990 and i do that frequently.Restaurants are always my passion anywhere and certainly is the TOPAS one of my favorites.
