Cafe society seems to have finally made up its mind to settle in Belfast. The latest manifestation of its residence—the Apartment, it's a hugely successful new business venture on Donegall Square West, in view of the City Hall. The Apartment consists of three bars on two floors, a fine contemporary restaurant upstairs and lunchtime dining downstairs.
