This Spanish-mission style building is on the western side of Hope Town Harbor. The only way to get to the restaurant is by boat. You only need call ahead to be picked up for free. Once there you can dine on the outdoor terrace and watch the yachts sail by. Lunch features burgers, cracked conch, soups, salads and other sandwiches. Dinner is a much more gourmet affair. Bahamian fish prepared with a variety of sauces and seasonings is the standard. Steaks, mutton, shellfish and chicken also appear on the seasonal menu.
