The brewery adheres to the strict German law Reinheitsgebot, which was enacted in 1516 to ensure the purity of beer. The historic building uses huge kettles that were made in Germany to mix the four ingredients that make perfect beer. The menu features German favorites such as Paprika Huehnchen and Sauerbraten. Live music is offered throughout the week. Happy Hour is M-Th from 5p-7p, with a different beer style available for just $2 per pint each day.
