Located in a small street in the town centre, this restaurant boasts three dining rooms, a terrace and a garden. One of the rooms is a beautiful vaulted cellar laid out for meetings and seminars; the second is baroque in style and decorated in shades of red and yellows; the third, called petit salon, displays glass cabinets full of earth from the great vineyards of Bordeaux. On the menu, the cuisine of the Southwest features sea bass flavored with star anise and served with a fennel marmalade.
