Treated like somebody
We arrived on Friday night, later in the evening we received a plate of chocolates and grapes. The room was neat clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful when we needed something. Saturday morning we had a meeting with Sara who met us with a smile on her face, already knew who we were and hadn't even met us before. She had done her home work. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone or any group.

I will never stay here again.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The sleep number bed is very uncomfortable and the curtains will not close so the sun shines right in your face in the morning. The ice bucket leaks all over when you can get ice. Most of the time you had to go to another floor to get ice. The furniture is old and the bathroom tub was stained and looked dirty. The hallways were so hot you could hardly breath. The pool was filled with children most of time so you could not go swimming without a lot of noise. The parking was terrible and you had to walk along way.

Good location but the beds are terrible
The hotel is centrally located in Branson, close to many attractions. The Sleep Number bed were awful, also there was not a microwave or frig.

I will NOT be back!
The lady at the front desk was so rude! She gave me my key and didnt even tell me how to get to the room. I tried to ask her some questions about the hotel but she just rolled her eyes and wouldnt even answer my questions...she said she was busy and I could coem back later. We were supposed to have a gift basket (as part of our package deal) I had to call 3 times before they would ever send it up. The floors in the bathroom were dirty...hair everywhere! The beds were good but that was the only thing good about our stay. I will NOT be back! Stay somewhere else for your money.

VALENTINES PACKAGE WAS A TREAT
We just visited the Radisson Hotel Branson and it was really a treat. We took advantage of the Valentines Day package and were not dissapointed! The suite was huge. Very clean! Package included chocolate covered strawberries and champagne at check in. Also dinner at the Bistro which was good and included breakfast in bed which was to die for. Completely satisfied customers and strongly reccommended!

Great Experience
Rooms were exceptionally clean. The staff which includes the bar and restuarant were very pleasant. The concierge was very helpful and patient as this was our first trip and needed some help in choosing what shows to see. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was dirty and I mean dirty. The elevator was dirty. The service was horrible.

GREAT STAY
We had a great stay here. Great location, clean room, quick check in and out. We didn't care for the Sleep Number bed but other than that our stay was perfect. Would definately stay here again.

Will never stay here again
The bathroom was way to small and the room itself. Bathroom floor was not clean like my home is. Way over rated in my book.

They didn't get anything right!
When we check in to the hotel, they told us that we had already checked in. I asured them that I had not. They again told me that we were already checked in. I told them that we had just arrived into town and that we had not. After much searching they discovered that they had given our room to someone with the dame name; but, they would find us a room. They did. It was a handicap room and was a pain the whole time we were there. The pool was overrun with children that ran the family and told the parents what to do. Bar was ok. Food so-so. The last morning we were there, the water to the bldg was shut off.Could not shower, use the toilet, brush teeth, etc.
