La Cocay serves up the most innovative cuisine on the island in a casually elegant atmosphere. Wooden tables, wrought iron chairs and soft lighting contribute to the romance while the open-air kitchen lets you watch the chefs in action. Dining in the covered back patio allows you to take in the beautiful tropical garden the restaurant has to offer. The menu changes each month so it’s always a surprise, but past masterpieces have included Mushroom Ragout with Sweet Potato Crisps or Sesame-peppered Sashimi Tuna with Spicy Slaw. Desserts are made on the premises daily and there is an excellent wine list.
