Customers won't find anything as simple as pizza here; Gallo Negro offers a fine selection of gourmet meat and fish dishes and a choice of home-made pasta. The selection of wine is excellent, but it doesn't come cheap. The service is efficient and friendly, and the Gallo Nero has rightly earned a reputation as being one of the best Italian eateries in town. In summer there is seating for 30 in the small garden.
