Back to Îles de Lérins How do you book??????? I'll never know how this activity is. I have researched for years and have never been able to find booking or pick up info over the net. Very frustrating. Please get your act together!!
Reviewed by: STACEY from on Aug 03 2007 Fantastic value During a 3 week holiday in France, we spent 2 great days on Ste Marguerite. Lovely shaded paths for quite walks, the fort and museum are very interesting and there is some nice swimming and snorkelling. Overall, a very good value day out and so different to the bustle of Cannes.
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Nov 15 2005 A quiet corner The islands just off the coast of Cannes is a peaceful place to get away for a day from the crowds in Cannes in the summer. The island of Saint Margerite offers vistors many shaded paths that cross the island there are also several restaurants that are OK. What I like most about this island is the beaches on the side opposite Cannes. They are quiet and if you are early enough you can get a prime spot. Friends and I have been there snorling several times and you can find a variety of marine life there. Once a location of a Roman fortess. The modern day fortes is said to have held The Man in the Iron Mask. The island is a must see.
