28+ is a gourmet restaurant and cheese shop located right in the center of town, a stone's throw from Götaplatsen. The food is expensive, but the restaurant is well known for its superior cooking. Seafood predominates, but one can order dishes like fillet of beef or duck liver. Of course, there is plenty of cheese. The name 28+ refers to the optimal storage temperature for this delicacy.
