It may sound too good to be true, but this jazz fest presents the creme-de-la-creme of jazz musicians to the Elm City free of charge! The festival is held on three or four successive Saturday summer nights, generally in early August. Past years have included such big-name acts as Charlie Musselwhite, Kenny Garrett and Dave Brubeck.
