One of the city's foremost Japanese restaurants, Fuji is also fairly conveniently situated in the center of town. The interior includes some touches taken from a Japanese garden, such as a fountain and small pool—the atmosphere is correspondingly relaxed. As you'd expect, seafood prevails on the menu. Sushi is an obviously popular option, but there are other Japanese standards such as Tempura or Sasimi. The fish are brought in by air from Japan. Fuji serves up a business lunch (special menu at reduced price) from noon to 4pm.
