Decked out in dark-brown wood, this Dutch-style bar is located at the Taman Ria entertainment park, between the Hilton Hotel and the Indonesian Parliament building. The bar's friendly atmosphere is reflected in its unusual name. Bugil has two meanings in Bahasa Indonesia: naked or crazy Westerner! Overlooking a lake, this bar must be the only place in Jakarta where you can enjoy an ice-cold beer while relaxing on a Dutch-style terrace. Around half of the regular customers are expatriates.

Friendliest Bar in Jakarta
I have been to Bugils cafe several times and had a great time there and I love the atmosphere.
