The bar's friendly atmosphere is reflected in its unusual name. Bugil has two meanings in Bahasa Indonesia: naked or crazy Westerner! Overlooking a lake, this bar must be the only place in Jakarta where you can enjoy an ice-cold beer while relaxing on a Dutch-style terrace. Around half of the regular customers are expatriates.
