Harmony Studio teaches the pilates method of exercise. It is owned by Karen and Leffel, both of whom are also dedicated, certified instructors. Pilates is currently enjoying an increased popularity but it has been around for decades and is a tried and tested method for shaping and strengthening the body without bulking it up. It is a great exercise routine for those with injuries or otherwise fragile bodies. Training sessions are by appointment only.
