There is an excellent variety of choices for Breakfast. It worked great for me and my family. It is a nice way to start the day. When we went the restaurant was full. We were expecting to wait quite a while but once we were seated everything was smooth sailing. We were so happy that we went back the next morning and even one of the evenings we were in town. We come up from Vancouver about 4 times a year and we won't miss going to Papa George's. We highly recommend. Prices are good for what you get. From what we have experienced all our years of visiting Jasper. There isn't anywhere else that compares for Breakfast.

The food was top notch to start. The menu is short but the options are delicious. Know before you attend that it is not cheap. Not a place to take little ones for a quick bite, but a decent place for a romantic night.

I used to live in Jasper and Papa Georges was my "local". Was there just recently after 15 years abscence (June 2009); Food and service was excellent, and value was great. Highly recommended.

Food is extremely salty. You will enjoy it only if your taste bud has died. Service is bad, especially the tall waiter. He has been frozen in time for 30 years! Not only did he offered no assistance when cusotmer complaint about the saltiness of food, he gave only the "take it or leave it" attitude.
