One of the world's most spectacularly situated casinos, this government-run gaming floor is much less frenetic than Las Vegas or Monaco. The casino proper is alcohol free and while basic banking services are available, credit card cash advances are not accepted. Part of the Manoir Richelieu resort in the beautiful Charlevoix region, about an hour and a half from Quebec City, the casino is just part of the vacation fun here.
