A meat smoker in the back of this restaurant and a pile of hickory, oak, apple and mesquite wood stacked nearby sets the stage for a flavorful feast. Smoke 'n Bones, the island's only rib joint, opened in 1997. The food is great and the kids will get a kick out of the marble bone doorknobs and the hole cut in each tabletop for discarded ribs. Like any restaurant of its kind, take-out is a large part of the business.
