2009-01-01 to 2009-12-31 The African-Americans were a major support to the military. Despite being denied proper training and important military roles, they came up strong and helped America in every way possible. One of which was the formation of Tuskegee Airmen, who would fight for the military. The Tuskegee Exhibit presents models of these airmen and documents their fight and journey.

Explore eight decades of winged history with such historic aircraft as Huff Daland crop duster, the first Delta Airlines plane, a 1910 Curtis Pusher and an F4 jet fighter. See artifacts from the Red Baron, Tuskegee Airmen (World War II black fighter pilots), notable female pilots and other aviation pioneers.
