Campers may choose from 22 scenic tent sites with grills, picnic tables, drinking water and toilets. Best of all, the Grand Canyon's North Rim yawns in open-throated glory just seven miles south. Sites rent for USD10 per vehicle, per night. Gasoline, telephones, basic supplies and a restaurant are close by at Grand Canyon Lodge. Campground is open from mid-May to early November, depending on snowfall.
